COMMISSIONS
Terms and Conditions
・❥・ I reserve the right to do the following:
╰┈➤ Use the commission in social media and my portfolio.
╰┈➤ Show the art process on stream and/or in a public video.
╰┈➤ Cancel and/or refund comissions due to hostile client behaviour and/or lack of communication.
╰┈➤ Refunds based on completion. If the piece is nearly complete. Refunds will no longer be given.
╰┈➤ Move back deadline due to client long response times.
╰┈➤ Refuse any order for any reason. This is especially if the subject matter makes me uncomfortable.
・❥・ Client expectations
╰┈➤ Client is expected to respond to Dms regarding the commission within 2 days. Otherwise, the expected commission date will be moved back. If the client doesnt respond in 2 weeks, it will be canceled.
╰┈➤ Client cannot claim art as their own.
╰┈➤ Client is not allowed to commercially redistribute art printed or otherwise (without prior agreement).
╰┈➤ Client cannot use art as an NFT or anything related to cryptocurrency
・❥・ Artist expectations
╰┈➤ To finish the commission by the agreed upon date and report to the client if the date needs to be moved due to unforseen circumstances.
╰┈➤ Update client regarding commission.
╰┈➤ Respect client's wishes if they want the art to be periodically kept secret.

╰┈➤ Furry / Animals (If they are the main subject of the art, there will be an increase in price.)

╰┈➤ NSFW (as long as it is something I personally feel comfortable drawing)

╰┈➤ Art that is too realistic (ex. A portrait of a person or animal)
╰┈➤ Detailed backgrounds
╰┈➤ Sequential art
╰┈➤ Mecha
╰┈➤ Anything I find hateful and/or derogatory
Prices and Payment
╰┈➤ Payments will only be through PayPal

╰┈➤ Models will come with complex mouthforms and hair/clothes physics. I will add eye physics if requested.
╰┈➤ Complex layers of clothing (ex. removable clothes) will increase the commission price. These shall be discussed via DMs.
╰┈➤ Both Art and Rigging come with 3 expressions. Additional expressions are +20$ for both Rig and Model Art. (price may increase depending on complexity)
╰┈➤ Models won't come with animations and extra idle animations. The additions of such will cost +25$ added to rigging cost per animation.
How to Commission

➤ Please provide picture references for your character, preferably a reference sheet. I also accept detailed descriptions, however the results may not be accurate and it will need more frequent communicatins
➤ Note that commissioning me means that you have read the TOS above and agree to all terms.
